So tough year for sure. Antardasha lord Saturn (laganesh in 12th) just turned retrograde over natal Mars (mahadasha lord) in 6th (8th from Moon). What is this question based on? what facts,circumstance. She has powerful enemies, and health issues.I dont think she will go to jail. She has alot of benefic planets having argala on AL and Moon.And has Jupiter in pisces in 2nd house, with 9th lord in ascendant(if i have the chart right) She has graha malika yoga over her ascendant. But she is having a malefic transit of saturn and rahu, etc. Perhaps SHE will get sick/hurt and need to be IN a hospital. Though Mars is debilitated in the sixth house with the Malefic Rahu etc,Jupiter aspects Mars from his own sign.Though the twelfth lord Saturn is with his enemy ketu and thus in an angered state of countenance he aspects his enemy Mars,as he is in his own sign he doesnt seem to be malign enough to inflict any big damage ..What more the twlefth house from Moon-sign is under the benign influence of Jupiter .As saturn is retrograde and being the lagna lord the thing may result in some adverse result which may take place pertaining to the body.that too in a very mild manner.venus is protecting the lagnam and the Moon- sign lord is in own sign.?As the sixth house causes dreams,and the twelfth lord causes sleep, the native may be subject to psychic states of abherations and wild dreams,.also due to the influence of Rahu. The navamsa chart reveals that Mars is strong enough and saturn too is quite strong. As per Rasithulya navamsa ,if the native is an employee and as saturn occupies the eigth house, he will either apply for leave or take to voluntary retirement.This is also because, saturn is the Karaka for job and he is with Ketu who causes a tendency to give up.The native may give up his present job in the hope pf getting a better job. However some remedies may also be resorted to. I get mars and rahu conjunct in cancer and 8th from moon, saturn and ketu in 12th house from lagna. The native is going thru mars/sat/sat. Mars is 12th lord in 12th house in navamsa, and mars aspects 12th house in rasi chart. Does that imply some hit and run(causing bleeding to some victim) or some wrong surgery causing loss of blood / life (saturn in 10th house in navamsa)?? I am only guessing the events to understand , if imprisonment then why. The question was put to the group with a hope to have a discussion on whether or not she had a bandhan yoga in her chart, and what do we find out from the annual tithi pravesh chart. The question is not based on any fact or circumstance. Shouldn't circumstances manifest themselves if she is destined to go to jail, though. My own interpretation is although she will have a tough time ahead but she will not go to jail. I do agree with you about her health. Truely ,it is very hard to guess in these cases, as we dont have any dates to rectify birthtime or have other detials to work off of. In general she appears to be a fortunate person in many ways. Her AL has moon and is in sagitarius. Aspected by jupiter in pisces. The nature of her occupation puts her in contact with sick or bad people, some that may turn on her.Basically she looks like she is an ok person, not a bad person at all. Unfortunelty she is running a malefic Maha dasa followed by another , both in the 6th house. Her AL shows fame and recognition with moon and Jupiters aspect, Her lagna itself is protected by Venus, the 9th lord, and argala. I do not see and Bandhaana yoga, capable to imprison someone. Interestingly, Ketu is karaka for mistakes, and secrets, and is conjoined the LL. More important is the aspect of MArs , karaka for accidents aspecting the LL and 12th house.ANd aspecting Ketu , indicating, accident perhaps due to mistake.Or if she is sick getting some wrong treatment herself. We can say there is a curse or a confluence of malefic energy /karma on the 6/12 karmic axis with the influence of Mars, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu. So we can definetly say something will come her way now that she is running Rahu and MArs maha dasas. The Al seems to be free more or less(other than the argala) from this malefic influence which to me shows more of a work invironment or something that isnt too long lasting , or we would see it affecting the AL in a big way. Im curious if she deals with people who have cancer/leukemia etc. Or we can interpret that she herself gets sick, however you havent included enough detials, if i dont know much about the person it is hard to move on tothe navamsa chart and others and make guesses based on them. Can you give us more details? It seems to go to jail it involves you in the legal system. Where does it look like she is involved in courts and legal system.? 12th house and 6th house both have to do with health and hospitals . LL is in his own house.Not enemies house,etc. 10th lord is in 6th house. If some one accuses her, it was either based on a mistake or simply from an enemy as now saturn is transiting through 6th house, and Rahu is aspecting 10th house,and also the 6th house. However Jupiters transit in 9th house shows protection by family and friends i guess. What are your thoughts, it woud be nice to know what she is accused of and by whom.
