We are considering an alliance where the girls horoscope has Rahu in 7th (Cancer) from Lagna and Ketu in the lagna . Also Girl was born on amavasya meaning Sun/Moon are in Rishabham. So, what was considered unconventional in those days is even the norm now a days. Rahu in 7th house was reputed to impel a person to be unconventional in their approach to marital life. Cases are not wanting when natives with Rahu in 7th house have experienced troubles in marital life/ have intercaste marriages. However, the lord of the 7th house Moon is in the 5th house - the house of poorvapunya which is a good placement. Sun the 8th house lord is also in the 5th house. 8th house is reputed to be the mangalya sthana of ladies. The ill effects of Mars and SAturn in 8th house are mitigated to some extent by Jupiter in that house. Jupiter, the lord of 12th house being placed in the 8th house gives rise to a powerful vipareeta Raja Yoga. All considered the marital life of the girl may indeed be tumultous on and off.
