Iam a libran ascendatn , in my chart 4th lord saturn and 8th lord venus are posited in 12th house , infact the most dreaded house .They r joined with functional malefic guru in the same house , will it be a compensation or acceleration to the effect ? pls tell me . Malefics there and Benefic in Kendra/Kona gives Raja Yoga. Criminal activities comes from lack of dharma and high malefic passion which often is indicated by many malefic Grahas in Kendra ( ruled by Chandra). See Charles Manson. Lack of Dharma is seen when Malefics are in first / second in Navamsa. Sarpa Yoga gives criminal tendencies while Lagna Lord and position from Arudha Lagna can indicate if You are victim or evil guy.
