Guest guest
Probably I will learn to my personal disgrace that I should not have posted this message, but call me impulsive! Over the last several years on the internet in a variety of fora, moderated and otherwise, some mine, others managed by others, I have come to the realization that it is one great place to practice and strengthen, one's patience, resilience, resistance, strength of ego (the good kind that psychologists talk about as in ego integrity and not the EGO people loosely talk about, mostly on internet!). Few days ago, I saw and learned from someone who hurled an obvious personal "abuse" in hindi at one who is widely revered as a teacher, a wise person, an accomplished jyotishi and an unduly tolerant individual who true to his lifeplan maintained his cool, and acted accordingly but never hurled back abuses at this individual or even responded if I recall. Sticks and stones can hurt me but words -- particularly on internet -- cannot! I and many others are living proof of that, dear friend. Insults are easy to hurl on this medium where people hide behind false handles and so on. I consider it as a test of my faith, my conviction, whether it comes to astrology or religion. Be strong and have faith in the fairness of the universe! Particularly at this time of the year which is so Divinely special and personal for Muslim brothers and sisters! Guest guest
I whole heartedly agree with what you have written. Just wanted to add that troubles , clashes and freeforall starts when we resort to conceptualised thinking. Actions and reactions arising out of such thinking are harmful. What Chi.Narasimha has provided is a level playing field to Play any game with rules. No one should monopolise the field by saying "This is the only game" "This is only the way to play" "These are only the players" VA is the finest place to test run your thought process, have meaningful dialogues and find better, newer, easier, helpful means, theories , practices etc. that would take this wonderful science called astrology to greater heights. Hope people's EGO would not come anymore in achieving what we all have set about to achieve. May God help us in this mission.
