3rd House Guru and Curse? - Query of Sri Vidya

You have asked a very valid question. That too for an exalted Guru having

Bhavat-Bhavam position. Can any blemish be ascribed to 8th lord Guru in 3rd

house?

 

Further, taking a close look the given chart, Sun is in 4th in own house Leo

showing 'atmabalam' and Budha is in 5th in own house showing purvapunyam. Moon

is beautifully placed with Paksha balam. Navamsa is pretty good. What are the

features that justify the strange experience of the native?

 

When the chart apparently contradicts the experience, horoscope must be having

either some peculiar Yoga for adverse domestic life or the horoscope itself

must be wrong.

 

What is the logic for taking the given chart/birth details as correct?

 

Given some background of the tragedy, it is easy to imagine curse - Brahmin

curse is popular too. We need some grounds to suggest such things and make one

a sinner
