Atmakaraka in 12th house from navamsa lagna

Respected Gurus,

Atmakaraka's placement in 6th and 8th house is not considered good,

where as Ak's placement in 12th is considered good. 6th,8th & 12th

being dusthanas, I would like to know why Ak's placement in 12th makes

the native fortunate.
