Parvathi Devi's curse to Jyothish

dear learned astrologers,

I heard that , parvathi devi ( wife of mahashiv)

has given a curse to jyothish that , though it will come true many a

times , it will not work for those ppl , who absolutely do not believe

this part of science and will not work for those people .

I've read an example that , an astrologer to a

spiritualist told he will die when he is 32 . But that spirtualist

wont believe all these . That too , that astrologer was famous in

chithoor district of Andhra Pradesh . He has many successful

predictions in his life . His hit rate is above 95% . But the prophecy

about the spiritualist went invain and he lived up to 55 yrs and still

alive now .

A true spiritual (somewhere on the path to liberation) person is

someone who has loosened his karmic bonds. Definitely graha, rasi and

gochar have less impact or influence on them.

dear learned astrologers,

These are all titbits and I have myself heard plenty of them in my

childhood.

Having grown up a bit (may be only in age if not in wisdom!) I take

all such statements with a pinch of salt, but there is no harm in

humouring ourselves if our predictions fail that "Parvatiji must

have definitely cursed astrologers" --- as if She had nothing else

to do!

To me it looks like a boon than a curse -- espcially if the guy who

was predicted to die at 32 lived on till past 55!!

 

The tussle between karmic determinacy and free-will will determine

how much of your fate is predetermined and how much you control.

Upachaya houses show how much of your life is really in your hands!

Maybe some people take the initiative to change the things they see,

while others succumb to their fate due to lack of initiative.
