There does not seem to be any great affliction to Lagna/Lagna Lord or the Moon. The child's elder sister also suffers from some mild mental retardation. Could some friends analyse the astrological reasons for the same. Guest guest Posted October 17, 2005 Report Share Posted October 17, 2005 Hi, Though I am a novice, but few things that I noticed in the childs horoscope (though not very convincing ) are listed below :- 1) Exchange of Moon and ketu's nakshatra (Moon is in moola and ketu is in Hasta nakshatra) 2) Exchnage of Mercury and rahu thru nakshatra. 3) Birth in moola nakshtra. 4) 8th lord (Moon) in the lagna, which can give incurable disease. 5) Native was running ke/ve dasha at the time of birth. venus is the sixth lord posited in the 12 house and is in the nakshatra of saturn which is in the 8th house from lagna. But even with all the points though indicating lots of malieficence are not convincing factors to tell straight away that native wud suffer from such a disease. May be some one can more elucid explanation for the same. Please remember that DS has many degrees, more the affliction of 1,10th, 5th and 4th house and lords, more is the retardation. DS men are sterile but females are fertile.
