Guest guest
Essentially, it is nakshatra works. Rasi are more of virtual domains for conveniences, with more micro division techniques for fine tuned readings. Most astrology techniques (whether nadi / divisional charts / KP etc) in some form or other, does the micro divisions for fine tuned significations. Even Vedic astrology dasa system, is based upon natal moon's nakshatra; and so is entire transit system. Planet's conjunction will be truely effective, if hosted by same constellation. Typically, each such signification (nakhatra, bhava, planet etc) draws / sends influence, to other planets / bhava / nakshatra etc, and final prediction needs to be drawn accordingly. The problem lies, in identifying conclusive weighted significating factors. and this needs careful consideration of transits / applicable dasa. Very often, too generalized results, seems vanished by micro analysis and vice versa. So what supercedes? Most of the time, when some readings not coming true, I ended up finding the most commonly seen reasons. For example - in 1994, (March 8, 1967 17.40 IST, Jodhpur 26N17 / 73E04), I while facing bit of difficulties, thought that sade sati (alongwith guru - sani dasa) will be tough one (Hardly any astrologers did not warn me of starting my own consulting); BUT I earned most in those periods (with minimum of work done contrary to sade sati principles, as I read) and when most sought dasa of mercury started, It went very bad (even with saturn in 3rd from natal moon / jupiter well placed in transit / mercury forming dhana yoga being 2nd and 11th lord). In retrospect, it is very easy to find reasons now, why something worked and why few did not. But the trick is to identify, true chemistry, and influenced conclusions. There are thousands of yoga (I mean many) present in each chart, but essentally, they will work only when they are pure (partial yoga definition, is just not there. Another biggest difficulty are changed circumstances . e.g. earlier days, travelling (long distance) for earning was considered a very seldom and risky proposition and most astrological texts will consider this as difficult times; and now with communication and transportation means, it is often most sought career proposition. So the same bhava / nakshatra / planet, indicating difficult time per text book; will now indicate prosperous time with respect to specific signification of overseas travelling. Also, earlier, all property was of family (there was no concept of individual assets).. so dhana bhava was family house; taking birth in rich family was more of bhagya (5th house) and so on.. But these siginifications like most are modified now. Earlier 9th house was bhagya (being father, religion, religious travelling and so on) read with spiritual values of that age; In modern age, religious travelling is not sought as bhagya by most population; so again, the bhagya siginifcations will have to be read differently. Saturn is karaka for hard work, but it is the same planet which if provided with luxurious environment to work ( of course read with other planets like rahu / venus etc like IT industry or wealthy people)is most growing and money spinner industry. So with the age, most significations relating to materialistic world (except, health / body / relations etc) have changed to large extent and so is the definition of good and bad. regards / Prafulla vedic astrology, "M.
