Guest guest
One may have a look at Meena's naaDii astrology which gives ample examples of the nakshatra usage in prediction. Outright I cannot remember its exact title and publication details. It was long out of print. I do not know whether it has been reprinted in the recent past. One astrologer told me that KP is based on the idea of Meena's naaDii astrology. --- Narayan Prasad vedic astrology, "hbk1hbk_2100" <hbk1hbk_2100> wrote: > > There are many books in the market but they do not tell how to use > nakshatras to make predictions. Guest guest
-- namskaar meena nadi was reprinted long bac from cheenai, author was gopal rao. meena nadi gives importence to "jeeva" which is nothing but star lord of any planet, if that is in dusthana then karaktava and functional portfolio of concerned planet is very badly affected. ex. for dhanu lagna, lagna lord jupiter if it in hasta naxatra and moon (naxatra lord of jupiter )if in 12th house then jupiter in its dasha will give adverse results though being lagna lord well placed in 10th. another beauty of meena nadi is judgement of dasha. it give lot importence to benefics in malefic stars, functionally though may be benefic. for ex, for same dhanu lagna if jupiter in utharbhadra naxatra (sat) then jupiter dasha will give adverse dasha till satrun antardasha is over. worst will be scenario if jupiter in swati (rahu) though in 11th as lagna lord entire jupiter dasha will be bad. K.P. astrology has gone a step further which give higher weitage to sub lord which is 1/9th of naxatra division. in my view( as a learning process) i feel that meena nadi concept of consedering just naxatra lord will be too "broad" in 20th century where life span has been reduced and no one rarely get all the 9 dasha of planets, where as K.P. astrology is over finner for dasha judgement. if we take essence of meena nadi and K.P. astrology then relying on navamsha lord can give fair good result. bcoz navamsha chart has higest weitage among all divisinal chart. these are just my views i request experts/gurujan for further highlights suresh - In vedic astrology, "prasad_cwprs" <prasad_cwprs> wrote: > > One may have a look at Meena's naaDii astrology which gives ample > examples of the nakshatra usage in prediction. Guest guest
If you may remember Sri Singh, that I had analyzed your chart from yogi-avayogi point of view, which you had confirmed. That was based on nakshatras. The following books may be helpful: 1. Any book on Yogi-Avayogi concept: I wonder if there is any. 2. Dhruva Nadi and Satya Samhita Nadi: I think these are now out of print. 3. Nadi Astrology by Sri R. G. Rao (infact any book by him): his books are self published and are quite expensive. Basic concepts can also be learnt from KP which follow the nadi system, more or less. The most important limitation for KP is that the time of birth should be absolutely correct as it goes into sub lord of sub lords of nakshatras. Recently Sri Rohini Ranjan pointed out that astroamercia.com has a huge collection of Vedic Astrology books. You can check with them. Guest guest
Om Krishna Guru Namaste Bharat Ji, Yes, I have read the following book which covered about Yogi and Avayogi planets and their usage. They are very good books in particular 1st and 2nd volumes and 3rd is about horse racing etc., if I remember correctly. *** New Techniqes of Prediction (3 volumes ) by Sri HR Seshadri Iyer Swee Ji had described the Yogi and Avayogi planets calculation and its usage in the past. Based on her teachings, I even got programmed in Excel spread sheet to calculate the Yogi and Avayogi planets and kept in our files section. But I could not find that file any more in our file section, may be some one can upload if they have. Can you please provide the names of the following books you have metnioned with authors/translator and publisher,if you have. *** Dhruva Nadi and Satya Samhita Nadi Regards Raghunatha Rao vedic astrology, Bharat Hindu Astrology <hinduastrology@g...> wrote: > > Namaskaar Sri Narayan & Sri Singh > > If you may remember Sri Singh, that I had analyzed your chart from > yogi-avayogi point of view, which you had confirmed. Guest guest
I have noticing that many who are recommending some books are also informing that the recommended books are out of print. While it is understandable that what you say is the truth, It does not serve the propagation of the knowledge contained in those books. I strongly feel that any ancient knowledge of astrology cannot be copyrighted by any single person as it was not his discovery. Hence, the books content can be re-written/typed as and put on Krushna's book archives for everybody's knowledge and use. I only hope that the wealth of treasure in the form of books which are available with many people which are out of print can be saved from being lost to us and posterity just like we have already lost so many portions of our astrological treasure written by our rishis. May Jupiter enlighten the minds of atleast some among us to take the right step to save the valuable books. Regards, Nagarajan India Matrimony: Find your partner now. Can you please tell me, what are the other Books written or translated by Sri C. G. Rajan. I also heard some time ago, he has developed some tables based on some Nadi Principles to give some precise predictions. If you are aware of such tables, can you pleaes point me to that book so that I will try to get hold of that. Guest guest
Dear Raghunatha ji There is three volume compilation of nadi by Late Santhanam (Deva Keralam). I have these three books, and are excellent commentary on nadi principles. On Constellation, In my view Subhkaran (two volumes )has very good book. Its micro analysis of each constellation are worth reading. I am sure, there must be more books on these micro analysis techniques. regards / Prafulla vedic astrology, "Raghunatha RaoNemani" <raon1008> wrote: > > Om Krishna Guru > > Namaste Balsubramanian Ji, > > Thanks for the note and I will try to find if I can get hold > of the book you have suggested by Sri Rajan Ji. > > Can you please tell me, what are the other Books written or > translated by Sri C. Guest guest
Om Krishna Guru Namaste Prafulla Ji, Thanks for the note and also for suggesting some books. I have DevaKeralam ( also known as ChandraKala Nadi) and also I have two volumes by Sri Subhkaran Ji on Nakshatras. They are fantastic books and I have read them and I intend to start applying those principles soon. As you know, I like to read and understand a bit more on these areas such as Nakshatras and Nadi principles, hence I ask any good resoruces and books. As you know, Nakshatra's usage can be much beyond the Maha Dasa/Antar Dasa/Pratynatar Dasa lords and their constellation lords and the Transit planets constellation lords. (Let us call this as Level-1). I have been requesting some of our learned members on Nakshatras to write more about the Nakshatra usage, but they have done upto the Level-1 only, but I wanted to learn and understand a bit more deeper than that. Let us see, if I understand a bit more deeper than Level-1 in the coming days, then, surely I will a paper on that, so that others can continue their research on that area and share their findings. Anyhow, I am still looking for some books and materail on the following:- *** Dhruva Nadi *** Satya Samhita Nadi *** Agastya Nadi *** Sapta Rishi Nadi I would appreciate if you or any one has any lead on the above resources and where I can get them. Thanks for your help in advance. Guest guest
Dear readers, Another great book is Jyotisha Volume 1 on Krishnamurti Paddhati by Dr Pandit, which gives answers to most questions on this group such as conjunction of planets in a nakshatra during transit, etc. which can be seen on his website www.jyotishashastra.org Pranaams, S Jadhav vedic astrology, Bharat Hindu Astrology <hinduastrology@g...> wrote: > > Namaskaar Sri Narayan & Sri Singh > > If you may remember Sri Singh, that I had analyzed your chart from > yogi-avayogi point of view, which you had confirmed. Guest guest
Dear Raghunatha ji I had literature on Dhruva Nadi and it is indeed a good compilation to read. BTW, Deva Keralam has lots of interesting principles (more around Navamsa chart read with transit) for quick trend analysis. For example - if in transit, saturn transits over any planet in navamsa, the siginification of that planet suffers and for Jupiter, the siginification improves. I, presume same can be extended to other D charts as well. Likewise, very interesting tips. With all these micro anslysis, the most vital point, which I observed is the identification of weighted significances of each such planet / rasi / nakshatra etc, to arrive at judgment for particular event. Hence, if the significating factors can be fine tuned, we will be close to correct judgement. Best wishes and regards Prafulla vedic astrology, "Raghunatha RaoNemani" <raon1008> wrote: > > Om Krishna Guru > > Namaste Prafulla Ji, > > Thanks for the note and also for suggesting some books.
