Each Jyotish has thier own way of analysing chart. In you chart Mercury is 9th lord and on Arudha Lagna vargottama. So benefic graha, So most agree. Sun is your badhakesha and on Arudha lagna. But in neecha/debilitated navamsha. Being a badhakesha is not good. A graha in neecha in Navamsha cannot be usually strengthened easily. So there is a variation in opinions. So, In order to get best advices. Always worship you Ishta devata. After all you are trying to get best advice for overcoming the negative karma you done. If one does not know their Ista devata, Recite "Om Namah Sivaaya" 108x3 times before visiting Jyotish. In your chart Jupiter is your Ista devata, Read some books and find a 11 Akshari MahaVishnu or SadaSiva mantra.
