Question about Argala / Blocking of Argala

Hi,

 

As per BPHS, the Argala caused by a planet in 1st quarter of a sign

can be blocked by planets in the corresponding obstructing house/sign

(2-12,11-3,4-10....) provided the obstructing planet is in same

quarter counted from end.

 

So 1st quarter planet can be blocked by planet in 4th quarter only.

Otherwise, there is no block.

 

Can members confirm this understanding as I do not find it being

mentioned in other books specifically.
