Guest guest
Thanks to all for responding to my needs on Rudram Chamakam. No one has asked me to recite it, but since I am going through Kantaka Shani, I thought I would atleast listen to it. My question to you is, why should one not recite the whole Rudram? What could be the ill-effects of doing so? I live in U.S. Central time zone, what is the good muhurat for me to start? Thanks, Devika.Raghunatha RaoNemani <raon1008 > wrote: Om Krishna GuruNamaste Devika Ji,Thanks for the note. So many have responded to your request giving many good links to download the Rudram-Chamakam from Internet. So please download that and listen and let me spare my time for some one who needs it.I have recited some of the Anuvakams sometime ago, when few people could not get the audio in the internet. My Guru Ji also corrected my pronounciation in this exercise which inturn also helped in my Sanskrit learning too.So please download and listen and follow the correct pronouciation. I assume that, some one has suggested you to recite the entire Rudram Chamakam and you are not doing on your own. For your information, I always look for a Good Muhurta to start any Mantra / Japam. That is why you may have noticed in my analysis, I always ask where the native currently living, so that I can look for a good muhurta and suggest a date and time to start the Japam if required for the native. I always check for a Good Muhurta for reading any new Jyotish Book, in this process, sometimes even I wait for few weeks to read a New Jyotish Book which is in my hands already. In other words, quality of the time is to be considered for starting such activities and I always take adivse from my Guru Ji on these things and I assume my fellow students do follow their Gurus advise too.Anyhow, that is what I follow and others may have a different opinion and I respect their view too.RegardsRaghunatha Raovedic astrology, Devika Dhillon <devikadhillon> wrote:Devika Dhillon <devikadhillon Mon Sep 26, 2005 3:25 pm Re: [vedic astrology] Re: Rudram Chamakam Namaste Raghunatha Ji, Thank you so much for your response. I was actually hoping that you would respond. I do have one of your recorded Anuvakams, but I need whole Rudram Chamakam in mp3. Your voice is very clear, rhythematic and excellent. Now I will not look for Rudram Chamakam anywhere else. Please take your time to record, it would be worth waiting. If you do not find the Rudram Chamakam elsewhere, then let me know what Anuvakam you are looking for, then I can recite and send it to you.RegardsRaghunatha Raovedic astrology, Devika Dhillon <devikadhillon> wrote:Dear All, Does any one has Rudram Chamakam in MP3 or any known audio format?
