¿Why in Louisiana?

Louisiana became the 18th state on Apr. 12, 1812, comprising the

territory south of 33 deg North latitude, which had been the

Territory

of Orleans.

 

Then you see:

1) Sun, Moon and Mercury in Aries. // Now Mars (transit) is in

Aries. And Saturn is attack Aries and all planets from Cancer.
