¿Why in Louisiana?

I find the important date:

 

Louisiana became the 18th state on Apr. 12, 1812, comprising the territory south

of 33 deg North latitude, which had been the Territory of Orleans.

 

Then you see:

1) Sun, Moon and Mercury in Aries. // Now Mars (transit) is in Aries. And

Saturn is attack Aries and all planets from Cancer.

 

Can Somebody tell more about this?

Actually the microlevel analysis is needed,The particular degree and minute of

the planet is significant. Moreover their inter angle is also important. The

sloww moving planet viz naptune and harshal are also responsibble for mass

effect. so it need microlevel analysis to decide a particular incident.
