Online book store of Journal of Astrology !

Journal of Astrology, a magazine edited by Shri K. N. Rao has an online

bookstore operating from New Jersey. I ordered a book about two weeks ago and

there is no book or response from anyone.

As anyone in this list ordered any books or had contact with the persons

operating the online bookstore? If so, would you please forward to me their

phone numbers or email address so that I could contact them direct?

About an year ago I ordered for a service too and no response and the

card got charged. Not sure who is attending to this site and supposed

incharge. I sent in mails to the stellarnet which maintains that site

and left messages at the NJ office too. But no news. I suggest not to

do ecommerce there

It is disappointing that persons who associate with the reputed Journal are

bringing disrepute to Shri K.N. Rao, the esteemed Editor of that Journal. Hope

those who are in touch with Shri K.N.Rao bring this matter to his attention.

I don't know whether my credit card has been charged!

THE PERSON WHOSE CARD WAS CHARGED SHOULD HAVE REPORTED TO THE CARD COMPANY

ITSELF AND THEY WOULD HAVE ATTENDED TO THE DISPUTE IMMEDIATELY

For all those using E-commerce, you can cancel the order within 12 days

of placing it. This is a standard practice for E-commerce and put forth

by the Banks and FIs. Best is to contact their payment gateway and tell

them to cancel the order.

Dear members,

I just had a phone conversation with Journal of Astrology team

and they claim that my card was never charged for the service I

ordered for. Their order confirmation did look more like an invoice

with the CC details and amount. Its about 9 months since this

happened and so I promised to re-check my statements again. I'm out

of station and cannot do this till this weekend. Until then, please

hold off on drawing any negative conclusions from my posting below. I

don't intend causing undeserved disrepute to any organization,

especially to JofA that is associated with revered Shri K N Rao ji.
