If you see 4 points in Libra then the results are average if you see more that 4 points then the transit jupiter is very auspicious. Look at the Arudha's in Trines to Libra those Arudha will prosper if you have 4 or more points in Libra. This way you can use Ashtakavarga to judge the transits. Jupiter transiting 2,5,7,9,11 positions from Natal Moon is good. In South India, they term it Guru Bala (in transit).
