Retrograde jupiter and positions

Hi

Seeing this question, i too felt to get one of my questions cleared

I heared that jupiter has benific places as 2,5,7,9,11 from lagna

I am born on 17-nov-1974 rashi is dhanus and jupiter is in 4th place

from lagna ... does this mean that jupiter is retrograde ?

 

Can someone please help me telling what are all the planets in retrograde in

my horoscope ? thanks
