You might want to consider that the debilitation of Sun is cancelled due to

parivatana with Venus.

Read the UL instead.

As for gocara, consider this from the Moon and Jupiter's transit from it.

Note that she has kuja dosha and mars in marana.

So no marriage until after age 28. (Even years for ladies- in western terms

ie., age 27 for Gayathri).
