No, this has no relation to Retro planets turning direct. Retro planets indicate

past baggage from our previous lives, and can have serious bearing in ones life

specially if they are the malefics.

I think the learned Shri. Ramdas Rao ji has some sincere insight into the

matter. On a cursory note, I think if we figure out how many days it took a

planet to get direct after our birth, and then take that in year and divide by

three we can get some indication of the planet "behaving" as though direct.

 

Having said that, Ramdas Rao Ji and other may enlighten us, however, it may be

difficult to get a hold of him since I myself await a response to a personal

query I request 1.5 years ago to him.
