harassament and torture

I have a friend who is being harassed by a guy by phone calls and bad emails.

The date of bith of this guy is September 8th 1977, time 20:15 hrs and place of birth is Delhi.

I would like to know if this guy and any tendencies to Harm her in any manner.

And also if he has any kind of abnormal mental tendencies.

Please advice.

i am not an astrologer , but as a human being , i would just say one thing ,

people who harass other , should be shot at the rite spot, I am very sorrry ,

for the language , but i hate it , specially if a female is harassed may it be

my sister , mother or wife or any female in the world .

 

As a computer engg , and a system admin i I would advice u to tell her to shut

the email she is using , or call the cyber crime cell in india , to track the

mails as these are legal tenders of threats.

 

secondly i would advice u to record the phone in her mobile recorder and submit it to the police.

 

 

i am sorrry , i should have not pokke my noise in to this , but i hope i did

not hurt any one
