Please tell me the influence of Jupiter transion from Virgo to Libra for the following chart

 

Lagna - Tula

Mars - 2nd house - Scorpion (own house)

Moon - 5th house (Kumbha)

Venus & Rahu - 6th house (Meena)

Sun & Saturn - 7th house (Mesha)

Mercury - 8th - (Taurus)

Jupiter & Ketu - 12th house (Virgo)

 

Now the person is running with Mercury Dasa and Jupiter Antardasa till feb'2006.
