Need help, need some guidance

To All the Jyotish gurus,

 

This is a second post, I really need help…

 

I am currently going through health related issues and would like to

know how serious this period will be and how long will it last. I

have a 3 year old daughter and second on the way in next 3-4 weeks,

I can not be sick for a long time as I have to take care of them and

the family.

 

Also I am currently in USA from 1991 and was planning to go back,

with this health related situation I think I would like to start

planning my return to India sooner. Are there any chances of me

returning either this year or next year.

 

Any guidance is much appreciated.
