Jupiters Transit for Tula lagna and Kumbha Rasi

What can we predict for Jupiter transition from September for the folllowing lagna?

 

Tula Lagna

Moon in Kumbha 5th house (Poorvabhadra 3rd pada))

Jupiter and Ketu in Virgo (12th house from Lagna and 8th house from Moon)

Saturn and Sun are in Mesham (7th house)

Venus and Rahu in Meenam (6th house)

Mercury in Taurus (8th house).

 

Due to transition from 12 th to 1 st house [Tula lagna] can we say that" he will

get promotion in his job - [he is working as scientist in ISRO satellite centre]

or he may get promoted as head of section or division in ISRO. Because it is a

government job the promotions are time bounded. So, can we say that he may get

a better job in a private sector and become head of project/ leader.

Please remember due to this transition jupiter will be in 9th to Moon.
