Guest guest
Namaste Narasimha ji Thanks for your detailed mail and time.I was bit busy and hence the delay. >>Linga literally means a mark/symbol of self- identification (and not necessarily genitals). There are three >>>INTERNAL lingas (marks of self-identification) given in yoga >>>texts. But we know for sure that kundalini shakthi,is generally understood as based in the mooladhara chakra.Do we disagree. Thus the various lingas that you have mentioned should not divert our attention. Now Mooladhara is above 2 angulas from anus and below 2 angulas from genitals,as quoted by Sreenadh.Totally the span is 4 angulas. In other words anus and genitals have to fall in a single plane (roughly) - Am i right. From that plane muladhara extends upwards and downwards, having individual span, of 2 angulas each. Now where is this genital,is a very valid question. If we take female anatomy, there is no projection as compared to males and thighs and genitals do meet.I think end of genitals is thus a misguider. To satisfy all these anatomical/classical definitions ,centre of mooladhara has to lie exactly at 240 degrees. Thus mooladhara chakra and beginning of moolam nakshathra are coinciding. Also you should help us to Link the 14 lokas with corresponding Chakras(14??) as shree Sreenadh has righlty mentioned. Namaste Sreenadh Thanks for your detailed mails and the knowledge communicated. >>>Do we have to wait until the end of genitals (depending on the length) to begin thighs!!! Dear Sreenadh, this was used to drive the point, home in one sentence.I apologize if this has conveyed unintented meanings/signals. >>Even though Pradeep says that `this is not I have read anywhere, but just my feeling', just see how clearly he puts it. He says,>>"Identified by Yoga as the `Root >>>>>>Chakra'... - This definition is not mine and was read from the internet. My not- read/feeling statement, was about the vertical line from anus through genitals, while imagining a lying position. >>>Pradeep is saying "SANKARA is FINAL,fix your mind in HIM" When i said Sankara is final ,i was having a particular ''avastha'' of LORD.As per Srishti/Sthithi/Samhara - Shankara is Samhara or Mahakala or the last among any phase.Without Samhara there is no fresh beginning. Also Moola star is ruled by davata for Destruction.Without Samhara there is no fresh beginning. For the same reason, only TRUE principles can withstand the tests of Time. All our fantasies/imagniations/subjective theories will be, washed away. For me as shri Narasimha has said,LORD is just ONE though we visualize them as different symbols/forms/qualities.HE remains the SAME,irrespective of the form/visualization/image. Thanks a lot Pradeep
