The different types of charts are Birth/ Lagna, Moon, Sun Charts. All the

members in the forum must be familiar with computers. Hence, I shall use that

terminology. When we want to zoom in / out we use the "magnifier icon".

Similarly in astrology, we call that feature as divisional charts. These

charts are special charts used to have a close up or more microscopic details

pertaining to a particular House / Bhava in a birth horoscope.

Birth horoscope is the main on from which all other charts flow or originate for

a native. For anything on physical plane, birth chart holds good. To see the

emotional quotient Moon chart is used i.e. peeping into mind, Want to peep into

soul then use Sun Chart. Want to know more about finances, use D-2 chart ( D

stands for Divisional ). D-7 for children, D-9 for spouse, D-10 for

professions. Each house is of 30 degrees. D-2 means 30/2. D-9 means 30/9,

D-10 means 30/10. ( read as 30 divided by 10 ). It is "scale" which we use

it very common in engineering drawings.

Say in a birth chart with Aries Lagna, Moon is placed in 4H. Hence, for

making moon chart, Make 4H as the Lagna. It is something like " Rotate View"

icon in computer parlon. Similarly for Sun Chart.

Trust this helps you in understanding the basics of astrology. Remember, for

learning astrology, one should be having knowledge of mathematics, little

astronomy, be truthful, with a balanced mind and should practise puja or

meditation daily to increase the intuition. This is one super science, where

one life cycle is not enough. The more you give the more god gives the

opportunity / strength or energy or intuition to help others.

 

It takes on average minimum five years to start knowing what astrology is about

- provided if you practise with right guidance 4 hours atleast every day.

Hence, people who do have access to a astro_teacher, cannot spend 4 hrs a day,

cannot wait for 5 years just to know what is it about, then please do not

join the astro_race !!! Be the spectators / audience and cheer the choosen "

would be champions" with a "healthy" sportive/ "sportman" or "sportswoman"

spirit !!! ?? !!!

 

Inspite of spending so much time and energy, there is no gurantee that some

thing will go into "head" and gain something " grey ".
