Moral learnt during our childhood days - God helps those people who help themselves !!! or Luck favors the brave !!!! 3H is courage and bravery. 9H is luck. Further they ar aspecting each other. Rise through self efforts. 4H & 9H exchange- evaluate it on similar lines. Kindly take time to apply the logics. kindly raise the bar - for asking questions. these are very basics.
