One :

what you think of the match between the following people, both of whom have a

very,very similar horoscope (6 planets in the same houses/signs in both

horoscopes). Does such similarity mean something more, or is it just a

coincidence?

The difference between the two birth dates is approx 1 Month, 7 days approx.

The planetary positions of slow moving planets do not change much in this

period considering their speed resulting in great similarity. Once, we start

going into details, found the differences. In the final analysis the Boy's

horoscope is better than the girl's.

Also, if this match was to take place, when would the marriage occur?

The current running dasha is very appropriate for them to get married ( due )

seen from vimshottari or jamini. But would expect delays to occur for various

astro-reasons, ( Technically I would wait for Saturn to enter Leo sign most

probabily after Dec. 2006 - verify it from the ephemeris - that would be the

appropriate time & is the right time also ) Mercury Mahadasha for Girl, Mars

Mahadasha has started very recently.

 

The correct question should have been on - what would be quality of marriage in

this case. My own assessment is "high quality" & deep understanding.

 

Going by the one of the forum members from Jalandhar ( I think it is Mr. Bharat

) who referred an interesting quiz of the lady getting married again almost

within a month of her husband death, that too marriage to her late husband's

twin brother. The moral quality deterioriating so fast, that we the

astrologers are way behind in re-defining the astrology.

 

This reminds me of modern astrologers raising new terminology of Mangal Dosha,

which do not find any mention in the scriptures, other than tacit references.

This mangal dosha has started making noise sometime post 1960's. With raise -

% of educated women, the issue became a dominant one. Similarly for Kaal

Sarpa Dosha which is not referred in any classics. Are we more intelligent

than those great rishis who wrote classics?? This new terminology may have

rised with increased number of roadside astrologers bent on making fast money

and this new terms help in terrorising / induce fear in people, extract more

monies.

 

Hence, we the modern educated people have more responsibility to discharge to

re-instate the belief in astrology.
