Lagna - Capricon ( Lagna is vargottama )

Moon & Jupiter are in 6-8 relationship. Moon exalted in 5H and Jupiter(Retro)

in 10H. Both planets are Vargottam.

 

Query:

Do I have Sakata Yoga? I am really interested to know as I am running Jupiter Mahadasa.

 

Reply:

Firstly, the condition for a yoga to form is that the planets involved should

not be in Retrograde motion / Combust. Some people even take Debilitation

factor. Hence, this condition is not satisfied.

 

Secondly, Jupiter in 10H in Libra ( Venus sign ) – an enemy sign. Hence,

Jupiter is not comfortably placed. Being retrograde consider his position for a

moment in 9H ( Mercurial Sign -Virgo), which is again not a comfortable for

Jupiter to be. An interesting to note in practical sense - Jupiter is an

idealist / knowledge centered person, Mercury is quick witted street smart

guy, do you think that these two people would come together or agree on a

matter ?? The querist in this case has not provided any data on further

planetary positions.

 

Astro_Guess work in absence of other data:

One has to note, if there are any other aspects on 10H / Jupiter. In absence of

other planetary data, ( making a wild guess now) I strongly expect debilitated

Saturn & dhan karak, must be aspecting it from 4H in this case. Hence, there

is something this person should tell us about his "work" & financial loses (

currently nothing but next dasha would be of debilated Saturn, LL(personality)

& 2HL ( finance ) in 4HL(property) )

A debilitated saturn also would see this man must had tough time with "working

labour". Some level of protection is there from Jupiter on 2H & 6H & at work.

 

General:

Jupiter in 10H & being Vargottam, would make this man an Idealist at work

place. This person would also show interest in astrology. He would be

involved in an creation of an educational Institution / building, temple when

My sugggestions : Check the position of Saturn, Mars, Sun positions in D-9 ( if

they are improving or not ).

Thanks for replying to my query re presence of Shakata Yoga in my

chart.

 

Now, coming to my other details, I am a female and 35+ to be precise

(not completed 36) and have debilitated Saturn(lagna lord) in 4H in

Raasi chart and exalted Saturn (navamsha lord) in 10H in Navamsha

chart.

 

Yes, I have developed keen interest in astrology since last 1 year,

especially after I went thru my sade saati which had a bad impact on

my mental/emotional level. Since then I have started looking into

positives and negatives of my horoscope.

 

I came to US in beginning of 1999, now working as a systems analyst.

Was married in late 1999, bought a house in 2002. Do not yet have

children. Not very big financial losses so far!

 

I am giving my details :

 

DOB : 3rd June 1970

POB : Calcutta, India

TOB : 21:30 (IST)

 

Asc - Makara - no planets

2H - Kumbha - Rahu

3H - Meena - no planets

4H - Mesha - Saturn (debilitated), Budha

5H - Vrishabha - Moon (exalted), Sun

6H - Mithuna - Venus, Mars (parivartana with Budha in 4H)

7H - Kataka - no planets

8H - Simha - Ketu

9H - Kanya - no planets

10H - Tula - Jupiter (Retrogade)

11H - Vrischika - no planets

12H - Dhanus - no planets

 

I would appreciate if you could comment on my current dasha (Jupiter)

and next dasha of debilitated lagna lord (Saturn). Also, if I will

have children ?
