Birth time rectifications - To All Astrologers & Srikanta.

Namaste,

lagna sphuta be more useful.

 

Every song is set to a particular Ragh and Thaal. In

the yester years every horoscope was set to a

particular panchang and labeled, in turn panchangs are

set to a particular vakia formula that suited to a

particular topography / Region.

 

Now we are in the era of computer generated horoscopes

and we talk about rectification and fine tuning of

birth time. At this point, I would like to know are

there any secientifically tested and made standardized

yard sticks? That gives us viz. undisputed Ayanamsa,

Latitudes, Longitudes, true positions of the planets,

sub-planets including Mandhi and Sun / Moon rise and

set times to carry out our fine tuning exercise.

 

In the absence of any such tools referred to above, if

we are encaged in the rectification of birth time, are

we not committing an error of convenience?
