Would you please assist me interpreting the following D-2 chart?

Leo-Rahu and HL

Virgo-Moon and Mars

Libra-A10 and A3

Scorpio-Ve, UL and A4

Saggitarius- A11, A7, SL

Capricorn-JUP, SAT and SUN

Aquarius-(Me), Ke, AL, A2, A8, A9

Pisces-PP
