Calculation errors? (New method for finances...)

Dear Raman,

I programmed Raman Hora in JHora software. There are some calculation

differences between your paper and JHora. I checked manually also, using your

table.

In the example hora chart of your grandfather, you did not show Rahu and showed

Ketu in two signs - Aq and Cn.

I get Ketu in neither sign. I get Ketu in Le and Rahu in Aq. Please confirm if

you made a mistake. In fact, the rasi chart you gave shows Ketu in Virgo. The

two halves of Vi are mapped to Ge and Le as per your table. I wonder how Ketu

can be in Aq or Cn. Obviously, there is a typo. If you used a software, it may

have an error.

In NT Rama Rao's hora chart, you got lagna, Moon and Jupiter in Le and Saturn in

Cn. I get lagna, Moon and Jupiter in Cn and Saturn in Le. Other planets are

fine.

NTR is supposed to have Libra lagna. On his well-accepted birthday, Moon was in

Libra. Jupiter was in Libra during the year. The two halves of Li are mapped to

Li and Cn. I wonder how you can get lagna, Moon and Jupiter in Leo. Please

clarify.

Either you made a mistake or you used a different year and date. But, I get

other planets as you did and the planets in Cn and Le are simply reversed. That

makes me wonder if there is a miscalculation. Moreover, this is a well-known and

well-accepted chart. The birthdata I have is: 1923 May 28, 4:43 pm (IST),

Nimmakuru near Gudivada (80e59, 16n27).

We seem to have different birthdata for Aishwarya Rai. Please share the

birthdata in that chart and other charts too if possible.

May Jupiter's light shine on us,

Narasimha

Re: New method for understanding finances - Raman Hora - Brilliant

Dear Raman, Please accept my congratulations, thanks and blessings to continue

the good work. This is quite brilliant. This is based on solid logic and buids

on the teachings of ancients. I am quite pleasaed to read the paper and will

add this hora chart to JHora. I will call it "Raman Hora", unless you suggest a

better name. It should take 10 minutes to add this chart to JHora software. It

should be available in the next public release, which should be in 6-7 months.

I will peruse this chart in some of my financial market researches and see if

this turns out to be a missing link. I went thru the table given by you and I

think I found one error. The second half of Sc is mapped to Li. Shouldn't it be

Vi? Probably it was a typo. I read the mapping of Ashta Lakshmis to planets and

have some disagreements. I too attempted a map in the past, helped by Pt Sanjay

Rath. There are some differences between us. I will be very much interested in

knowing the rationale behind your mapping. Gaja Lakshmi shows blessings related

to vehicles. Venus seems like a better candidate than Moon. You have clubbed

Rahu and Ketu into one Lakshmi. I would've given one Lakshmi each to both and

left out Saturn. Saturn is the husband of Jyeshtha Devi, who is the elder

sister of Lakshmi and known as "Alakshmi" (non-Lakshmi). So Saturn could be

mapped to Alakshmi and the other 8 planets to the eight Lakshmis. Pranaam

Sanjay, This chart seems to be the same as our Kashinatha Hora chart if all

planets are in the first 15 deg of signs. For the second halves of signs, it

seems to combine the Kashinathe Hora paradigm with Varahamihira's 11th house

paradigm. Quite brilliant! Regarding your question on Cp, he seems to map

Moon's horas to Ar, Ta, Ge, Cn, Sg and Cp and Sun's horas to Le, Vi, Li, Sc, Aq

and Pi. Instead of mapping the entire Le-Cp to Sun and Aq-Cn to Moon as some may

do, he is using the diwabali (day-strong) and nishabali (night-strong) signs

defined by Parasara. This is consistent with what we do in Kashinatha Hora

chart!! May Jupiter's light shine on

> |om namo bhagavate vasudevaya|> Dear Raman> I have had a glance through the

discrepancy in the table given by you.> For example, in tha table you have

Kindly clarify.> The hora chart of Varahamihira lets call it Mihira Hora has

the dictum that> the first hora belongs to the same sign and the second to the
