Thanks for sharing this paper.

In your paper ,i could find a statement from Brihat jataka.Hora is

one half of Lagna.I would be pleased to know your understanding on

the same.After that i may share my understanding.

 

Is the chart of Aishwarya from reliable sources.

If yes,then strong neechbhanga yogas are present in the chart(not

vargas, as i do not understand bhavas there).Neechabhangas in full

can give chakravarti/vartini yogas.
