PP indicates Prana Pada.

A concept especially for rectification of a natal chart in Jaimini

Astrology (q.v.). Prana is equivalent to 15 Palas (12 minutes).

Depending upon Sun's occupancy of cardinal, fixed or common signs,

the position of Pranapada is worked out.

regards
