BADHAKATHIPATHY - AN EXPLANATION - TO Chi. Ueda

Dear Chi.Ueda,

 

In Basker’s horoscopy I consider Venus as yogakaaraka

only; it had lost its duel role of ‘Badhaka’. I am

convinced with the following ‘Badhaka’ deciding rule

which was also taught * to me by my Guru Late

Poojyashree B.Venkatrama Sharma, Pondicherry, South

India.

Rule: For Sara (movable) Ascendants, Sthira (fixed)

Ascendants and Upaya (dual) Ascendants their

respective 11th, 9th and 7th rasi lords shall not

bestow their benefic effects during their dasa;

however they bestow their benefic effects, if they are

placed in Subha kshetra having subha / mithru gragha

sambandha(natural-functional benefic *) /

aspect(natural benefic *). (ref.Sundarasekaram – Tamil

classic)
