|| Hare Rama Krishna ||Namaste Partha ji,

please tell me if the same logic could be extended to other natural karka grahas

being in their houses...ex: jupiter is the karka for wealth/2ndhouse...now will

this bring in karaka bhava nasa...i would imagine it would..specially jupiter

being Amk...please teach me..

I remember the learned explaining a while back that in case of jupiter karka

bhava nasa does apply to 2nd house (even if exalted) unless he is in his own

house...

please share your views..

Dear Partha, Namaste

What you said on the avastha of planets seems to be working,

especially during the portions of results given by planets in

Narayan dasa. This one is even with naisargika karakas.

You have any more on this topic?

Karaka (funtional planet) is not bad if it is in the house

indicating that function (karaka). Yes, while reading chart this

positioning is not considered good for the simple reason that, if

there is any affliction (in natal chart or in transit) to that

bahava, then karka and bhava are both gripped, with no saver. If

karka is not in respective bhava, then one of it (karka or bhava)

can still give positive results.

For example - if mars in 3rd house, no problem will be there (rather

good results will be there for initiatives / brother etc), provided

there is no affiliction to third house / mars.

Dear list

But generally Mars in third, Saturn in eighth, Jupiter in second,Venus in

seventh (only very rarely?) are practical exceptions, again subject to other

respective factors of that house..

No, there seems to be no exception. The reason, I stated is the root

cause (in my observations), for not preferring such karaka occupying

the bhava. Likewise, planet positioned in its own house is less

preferred to aspecting its own house.
