Guest guest
Respected Gurus and learned members, I am very depress today. Received mail regarding salary hike. How much hard work we (my husband and me) do for our company. Even when company recognise the same we are not paid well. Actually I had a offer from good company with 100% hike. I refused since my present company did not releve me. Am I unlucky? Is there any good luck near future? Is their any chance to go abroad? Can any body help me? My birth details : dob 1st march 1976, 5:56 a.m. Place : Ankola, Karwar distt, karnataka, india. Unfortunately I dont have my husband'd birth details. You had an offer from a GOOD company that was prepared to offer you a 100% hike and you refused it. You refused the offer because your employer did not relieve you. Guys, for once stop blaming moon/mercury/jupiter/saturn and our other buddies. > Am I unlucky? You are not unlucky. You have simply been foolish. All you had to do was to say "I quit", given them a 15 to 20 day notice period, which your employer would have deftly negotiated and turned it into a 30 day notice period. And which would have still been better than simply being spineless and ceding to their indifference! You behaved yourself into this problem. You cant talk out of it now. >Is there any good luck near future? Is their any chance to go abroad? Can any body help me? You have to make your own luck. You have to help yourself. And for all those of you who are having problems with your careers which is seeming to have stagnated/going nowhere, feeling low/depressed for (un)known causes, pick a copy of "7 habbits of highly effective people" by Dr. Stephen Covey. And if you live in the US, please hurry up and attend his workshops. He is retiring in exactly two years time. And if you live in SE-Asia or Far east, the great man would be in Kolkata sometime in September this year. Guest guest
Mr. Prakash, I was not that foolish to leave the offer just for the reason "company is not releaving". My husband and myself both are working for the same company. If I would have left with 'I Quit' slogan, company simply screw my husband. Company promised good hike, they gave highest among all. But the hike is very less I am talking money point of view. Thanks for spending lot of time to make me realize the things. Guest guest
Dear Prakash, In case you haven't noticed this is an astrology forum. If you are not interested in astrology, please don't insult people, deride astrology and try to discourage people from seeking astrological advice from the gurus. Eventhough the question wasn't well formed by Ms. Naik it's obvious she's not looking for comments on her decision but rather someone to look at her chart and predict what's going to happen next. vedic astrology, "Prakash K.B." <prakash_kb> wrote: > > You wrote: > > Actually I had a offer from good company with 100% hike. Guest guest
Ms Shailaja, I apologize unconditionally to you for my statements. You must have been the best judge of your situation and have perhaps taken the right decision. I wish you good luck.
