Gajakesari Yoga fructification and Career

Respected Gurus,

 

I have been learning vedic astrology for some time and I guess I have

learnt 'very lttle' in such a big ocean. I am still learning.

 

I would like to provide my birth details for your review and request

your and other gurus insight in a few matters:

 

1 Date of Birth: October 10,1968

Place of Birth : Salem, India

Latitude: 11:38:59/N

Longitude: 78:9:59/E

Time of Birth : 3:15 PM

 

2 I request you to look at my Career aspects. This is because I have

always felt very 'low' in my job. Feeling like that I could

be 'fired' at any time. I thought that I was going thru Rahu dasa and

everything is going to be Okay after my Guru dasa starts. Now, Guru

dasa has started and nothing has changed. My job is still shaky. At

this age, with having a family in an alien country I want some

stability.

 

Is it because my 10th lord is placed in Marana Karaka Sthana in D1? Or

is is because Guru , the lagna lord in D-10 placed in Marana Karaka

Sthana in D-10?

 

Is it because my birth yogi planet and Ascendant - Nakshatra planet -

Mars is in Marana Karaka Sthana?

 

3 How will be this current dasa? Is Gajakesari yoga going to

materialize? I have these questions because Jupiter is placed in the

Nakshatra of Sun, who is inturn placed in 8th house highly afflicted

by Saturn and the nodes.

 

4 Will you please recommend any remedial measures to become

really strong in my job?

Dear Srikanta,

 

Thank you very much for your help. Sun owns 7th house in my chart and

placed in the 8th house highly afflicated by Saturn and the nodes. At

the same time, he is placed in his own house in Navamsa also a Kendra.

 

I do not know how to chant mantras. But I will definitely buy a CD

and try.

 

Could you please let me know about 10th lord mars being placed in

Marana Karaka Sthana and also Jupiter the current Maha dasa lord and

the D-10 lagna lord placed in Marana Karaka Sthana in D-10?

 

I would like to know if this is this really bad or do I have any

saving grace?

Dear Baskar,

If Jupiter is alone and strong,and Moon is also of decent strength,

both unafflcited by maelfic aspects and the yoga involves lagna or

AL,and you run dasas related to those planets, yes you should

experience it.

Gejakeshari will also be modified by any other yogas that maybe in

happening in conjunction with it, for example, if Moon or Jupiter is

AK conjoined one of the other charakarakas like PK, AmK.It will

increase fame.

Sometimes yogas in our charts are more related to others in our

lives.LIke for example a person may get some residual fame as a

result of having a family member who is very wealthy , well

known ,etc.

So make sure it is connected to you and not a sibling and or parent

etc.Look at some famous peoples chart, and look. For example.

Bush has Jupiter and Moon in 3rd house.See where it is in relation

to his AL , lagna etc. also

3rd house is siblings(his brohter -Jebis famous)3rd aspects 9th and

his father was ex president,

etc think of other 3rd house indications.

 

As Gejakeshari is supposed to give recognition, fame you should also

make sure Sun(as sun is laso necessary for good alsting

fructification of raja yogas) is good to augment its strength.

Dear Lakshmi,

 

Thanks much for taking time to explain me about Gajakesari yoga. Here

are my understandings so far:

 

1 Jupiter and Moon are both strong.

2 Jupiter is AK and conjunct with PiK Mars.

3 Currently I am running Jupiter dasa.

I have a question about your reply.

 

I am not sure if my Sun is good enough to augment Jupiter's strength.

My sun is the 7th lord placed in the 8th house afflicted by Saturn

and the nodes. However, he is in his own house in Navamsa.

 

Does this mean that my Gajakesari yoga is only going to be felt

partially? Or will this make Jupiter not to perform well as it should?

 

Please throw some light on this.

For Kumbha Lagna, Venus is both Yogakaraka as well as Badhaka (if I

am correct). Would you please throw some light how Venus can be a

Yokakaraka and at the same time Badhaka?

Dear Guptaji,

 

Thanks much for your analysis.

 

My experience with Jupiter so far has been good meaning in my other

dasas with Jupiter Antardasas I was able to get good job ( or ) did

good in school etc.,

 

My worry is that Jupiter is placed in the Nakshatra of Sun who is in

turn placed in the 8th house and severely afflicted. But Sun has good

Vimsopaka bala and in own house in Navamsa.

 

As soon as my Jupiter dasa started my Father-in-law passed away. And

my job position did not improve.

 

Sometimes I feel my Rahu dasa was better then my current Jupiter dasa

contrary to the belief that Jupiter dasa with Gajakesari yoga to

bestow good results.

 

Is there any remedies you suggest?

 

I request help from all other Gurus as well.
