Exalted retrograde planets - question

Dear Astro experts,

 

I am little confused on how to apply the rules of retrogation for an

exalted planet.

 

In my dasamsa i have two exalted planets namely Saturn and

Jupiter.But they are also retrograde.So both planets are exalted and

retrograde.So it becomes debiliated.

 

Now does it make sense to check whether it has attained neechabanga?

 

Or what is the procedure for finding the planets strength in such

case?Is the planets exalted or debiliated?
