I am thinking that if Rahu is debilated then the person will not be very materialistic and will not have the drive to go for worldly pleasures. Also because Ketu is debilated he will again be unable to attain detachment ??? Just wild guesses ...I am yet to start proper learning. I have Rahu - Ketu debilated in Scorpio and Taurus. and have recently completed my Maha dasa of Ketu ... just as a quiz tell us some general effects of this and I can confirm the same for you for study purpose only.
