Guest guest
Dear all, This mail is not meant to offend or insult any puzzle solvers. Just a naughty thought that went through my mind, when I saw the enthusiasm of many to attempt a puzzle. All the puzzle givers are giving a past incident to be found out. And many, including the beginners and masters are trying to solve it. I find, everybody coming out with long answers with logical explanation for each and every minute detail. Now my naughty thought is, suppose I or anybody give a puzzle, say, asking an incident that occurred in the past to be found out. And all the solvers after so much calculation, analysis and research come out with their discoveries with CLEAR and LOGICAL reasons for that incident. (I am sure everybody will come out with some answer or the other) ........AND....... Then the puzzle giver says, " IN FACT, NO SUCH INCIDENT HAD OCCURRED IN THAT PERIOD", I was just testing!! My question is, in such a case, 1. How GENUINE is the research and analysis or how GENUINE is the knowledge of solvers? What is the basis of their research? 2. How many among the puzzle solvers would have the real GUTS to come out and dare say "AFTER ANALYZING, I COULDN'T FIND OUT ANY SIGNIFICANT EVENT TO HAVE OCCURRED FOR THIS NATIVE. IT IS REALLY IMPOSSIBLE". ?? Please don't take this as an insult. I just wanted to ask, why there is a tendency to overlook, the question "Is there a possibility of such an event to occur" rather than jumping to find what the incident is. I cant help asking this question, because it will pester my mind!!! Regards, Jyothi.
Guest guest
Jyothi This kind of incident has happened before. My friend suggested me to read a thread called "Criminal at a young age". There was a girl from Bombay who posted something called "Criminal at a young age" and told the group that that the guy physically abused a girl (I am avoiding the other word here). Everybody assumed the incident happened and gave detailed predictions/analysis - analyzing D60 also. There was one gentleman, I don't know the name (was it Imran or some muslim name?). He clearly told in one sentence that there was an aspect of Juptier on 7th house and this incident would not have taken place. Eveybody failed except him. That person went by basic principles and did not assume anything. The bottom line is don't forget your basics. Everybody went after that girl, but to me that was just to satisfy their bruised egos. Check the archives in Feb and look for the string.
