Transit of Mars

Dear All.

 

I remember some one mentioning that Mars will be

stationed in Aries for the next 6 months or so

starting July 18nth, due to the retrograde.

 

Any insights on the following will be greatly

appreciated.

 

Mars being my lagna lord(Aries, also in Leo in my

natal chart) stationed in 10th from my natal moon and

sun(also with transit Saturn in Cancer with both the

luminaries giving me Janma shani), What will be the

effects ?

 

Like Mars being the natural karaka for siblings, does

he also represent employees ?
