Its presence in the 10th house is good for karma-jeevanaa.Saturn’s dhirshti on Guru shall not have any impact. On the other hand Guru’s dhirshti would improve Saturn’s position in Taurus. Some other related info - My 10th lord is Mars is exalted but in the 12th house conjuct with Rahu. I do have a large number of lawyers in my family (maternal grandfather and maternal uncles) and my paternal grandfather was in the Police Department, but I have a Masters degree in Engg. and currently in the computer engineering field in the US (since 10 yrs). But I do hear a sarcastic "you should have been a lawyer" very often from my family members and friends, when I get into arguments/debates with them.
