RE: Differentiate between an issue and a non-issue – To Raonemani & Guptaji.

Dear Mr.Guptaji,

 

I lingered on the proverbial story of “Lamb and

Jackal”. You are correct, any discussions centered on

a point / issue based is considered meaningful which

would achieve the purpose; satisfy the parties

involved with solution.

 

When either party perambulates go out of point / drags

the other to non-issue based discussion, this would

suggest the party concerned has some thing

preconceived notion about the other.

 

Since you have experiences of a disciplinary

authority, are we in order to conclude that

Mr.Raghunatha Rao had committed a fraud in solving the

puzzle?( forgetting role of the querist who declared

the puzzle results as well as recognized the answers

of Mr.RaghunathaRao as correct).
