2-Devika: re. What if the lst house lord Mars was in the 12th house? > Mark Kincaid 7/4

Dear Devika:

I can't quite think of the context in which the first house lord, being in the 12th house, would

be a blessing. Only time when it would be maybe, okay, is if there's an

Aquarius rising, and Saturn lord of the first, would at least be in it's Own

Sign, in Capricorn.

In most other cases, Lord of the 1st in the 12th, represents a quality of self,

in the house of the loss.

And, specifically, Mars in the 12th represents a quality of too much 'expenditures' or losses.

Otherwise, what else did they say?

I have read on one of the sites that Mars is a blessing in the 12th house for

Aries Ascendant. Is this true?

Even if Mars, there was only indicative of the dramas and imbalances of the 12th house,

this would be fairly negative.

Mars in the 12th ends up being over expenditures of money and energy, and people, do

to being too Marish, going too fast, or spending too much money.... suffer a lot of debt and

grief due to MARS here.

Personally, I have never heard Mars described as having much positive

characteristics in the 12th, unless it's in either it's Own sign or Exalted.

though my x-wife had exalted Mars there, and that only contributed to her incessent need,

and expression to spend!

She had all the best reasons why she had to spend, but all of them, only lead, to our greater

financial ruin.

Unfortunately I had 2 planets in my 12th house, and I obviously deserved her,....

though I had changed my poor spending ways, from my past, due to great unhappinesses,

due to over spending...or under saving....

2nd house-mer

3rd house-jup

4th house-sat,rahu

7th house-moon

10th house-ket

12th house-mars

According to you if this is taken as an example this native has kuja dosha, and

it is also said that if one has mars in 12th house it is very good and strong

for the chart.What you have to say, please do reply.
