Guest guest
Dear PVR 'Ji, Astrologers use to tell me that in my chart i got 4 planets in 8H and my lagna lord and 10L jupiter in 12H.And i use to think as my 10L is in 12H i am facing problems careerwise. Finally declaring the chart as not good horoscope. I had just gone through your chart today where you also got 4 planets in 8H including the 10L.Even Mr.Amitabh bachhan got four planets in 8H.I had seen my brother in law also got 10L Jupiter in 8H but he is in software profession and no career problems.Does this mean natal chart (D-1) will not be having much weightage and other charts have more importance. I am very much worried about planets in dusthana in D-1.Does the basics of BPHS which says the 6,8,12 as dusthanas and all the properties of that house will be destroyed when a planet is in Dusthana doesn't holds good....? Please note:Though navamsa and other properties, yogas, may give the native benefits...I request you to please put some light just by seeing planets in dusthaanas in D-1 chart can one arrive that the horoscope is not good. Guest guest
Dear Sunil ji, Whether you are using the rasi chart or D-10, the strength of a chart is not measured by counting the planets in dusthanas or some other houses. If the 8th house house is strong, the native can be a risk-taker, can have a lot of changes in life, can be a karma yogi, can be an occultist, can gain wealth suddenly, can lose wealth suddenly etc. There are many possible results. Fine judgment needs to be made based on individual factors. For career, D-10 is vital. The 10th house in rasi chart shows the work accomplished by someone physically. But D-10 shows the working environment under which that work was accomplished. When somebody is talking about having career problems or success in career, there are most probably talking abput things related to the professional environment. Thus, D-10 is the key. Having the 10th lord in 8th is not that bad. Taking the 10th house as lagna, it means that lagna lord is in 11th. It is good. It can show success in career too. Having the 10th lord in 12th is also not categorically bad. It depends on the planet. Taking the 10th house as lagna, lagna lord would be in 3rd. That would be good for a planet like Mars or Saturn, but not for Jupiter. The 3rd house is marana karaka sthana for Jupiter. That is a big weakness. In general, if you find a planet placed in marana karaka sthana from a house owned by itself, it is bad fgor that house. Judge the strength of your D-10 and check the dasas. Also check the strength of Jupiter in D-10. Guest guest
Namaste, PVR 'JI! > Having the 10th lord in 8th is not that bad. Taking the 10th house as lagna, it means that lagna lord is in 11th. It is good. It can show success in career too. Does it mean that 10th lord in 3,5,9 houses has bad meanings (6,8,12 from 10 house)? > In general, if you find a planet placed in marana karaka sthana from a house owned by itself, it is bad for that house. If for example Saturn is in his own sign or moolatrikona - is it bad for house with Saturn? With Best Regards, Yuri vedic astrology, "Narasimha P.V.R.
