Guest guest
Namaste, Your have perceived accurately the limitation of relative life and the need for fulfillment for the mind. We should not set our life goals merely on material objects, such as money, cars, homes and other status symbols. For that matter, we should not even limit our goals to a specific agenda, creed or ideology. Our mind needs fulfillment of a different kind. It is looking for sweetness and bliss that the relative life could not possibly offer. As various vedic literature have indicated, the mind is longing for unification with the absolute Mind. In other words, it is the self seeking unification with the Self. Contrary to some beliefs, we do not have to die from the present existence to experience fulfillment for the mind or the soul. It is possible to find fulfillment with guidance from a bona fide guru, who can provide you with the proper mantra to experience bliss in your life. Through the use of mantra in meditation, you will experience transcendtal consciousness and your mind will continually be infused with bliss as it comes out of meditation and be active in relative life. As the Bhagavad Gita teaches, this is the key to success in life. Through this experience one can live 200 percent of life, both the relative and the absolute. Furthermore, through bliss consciousness one gets the support of Nature in all endeavors. That is to say, the person gains mastery over nature. In the Christian tradition, the same message is given in one of the gospels by stating that one should seek first the kingdom of God and everything else will be yours as well.
