Guest guest
Respected Sanjay Ji and learned members, It is instructed in COVA that Moon is the 2nd, 6th, 8th or 12th from the Lagna does not permit the Vimshottari Dasha as reckoned from the Chandra Nakshtra to give satisfactory results UNLESS Guru/ Budh aspect such a Moon. Is the Graha Drishti contemplated here/ Rashi Drishti of Guru/ Budh? Thank you. Anurag Sharma.

Guest guest
Venkatesh, BPHS talks about Tara Dasha (BPHS 48. 207-209), which is a variation of the Vimshottari Dasha. References can be easily located in COVA about other classics like Jatak Parijata, Saravali etc where relevant rules are mentioned for initiation of the Vimshottari. In my limited experience, if Chandra is located in the Bhavas mentioned by Sanjay Ji in COVA, the results of Vimshottari Dasha reckoned from the Moon Nakshtra gives baffling results to say the least. In some cases where there was Graha Drishti of Guru to the Moon in the 12th House, for instance, even though the Moon was debilitated and forming Mahashankha Yoga, the Dasha gave accurate results. My query was about the Graha and Rashi Drishti of Guru and Budh. Thank you. Guest guest
Rafalji, Most abbreviations used in the list looks foreign to me, however manage to presume correctly. At times there are bright chances for me to go in for wrong analogy. Thank you.
