Guest guest
Dear Respected Gurujee's and list members, Namaskar, I'm new here. Could someone help me to understand the question about conditional dasas in my case. I heard that conditional dasas work best than Vimsottari (I never verified it). Is there any order to use such dasas if more than one is applicaple (as in my case - Shashtihayani and Dwisaptati are applicaple). my birth data: date of birth: 20 Febr. 1981 time: 9:07 a.m. time zone: 3 hours East of GMT birth place: 23e50, 53n41 I also have parivartana between Lagna lord and 8-th lord. Does it counts bad? What are the benefits from such parivartana? With Best Regards, Yuri

Guest guest
JAI SRIRAM Dear Sir, The seventh lord sun is in lagna so i think that is the reason Panditji recommends Dwisaptati sama dasa applicable to this chart. Thanks, S.Venkatesh vedic astrology, "Rafal" <starsuponme@w...> wrote: > Dear Sanjay Ji, > > I meant Karak of Dvisaptati is in 8H from AK (not Moon). > > with regards, > Rafal
Guest guest
|| Om Gurave Namah || Dear Rafal, As I understand it, The strength of the dasa is difficult to judge easily. Some rules, 1. Probability: Use the least probable dasa combination, to find how unique natives' chart is. Refer Probability given below. Personally I find this quite logical approach. 2. Governor of Dasa Relation with Ak: Find the Kaaraka of the Dasa, Find it's relationship with Atmakaaraka. Like in this case Sun is governor for Shashtihayani, and Moon for Dwisaptati. Moon in Leo is aspected by Ak Venus from Capricorn. Refer Udu Dasa book of Pt. Sanjay Rath more details. This is also a very accurate way to judge strength as Atmakaaraka is like the King of the chart. 3. Duration of Dasa: Find which dasa is gives more number of years in Like Shashtihayi is this case gives 60 years and Dwisaptati give 72 years. So Use dwisaptati. In case of conflict use this rule. Whatever dasa you select verify with few facts like, 1. See if the Governor of Dasa is really active in the persons chart. Like for example if Shashtihayani, See if Sun ruled kaaraka, house, Arudha etc plays a very important role in the natives life. This can be difficult to judge if you have more than one dasa applicable. 2. Apply the dasa and see if can explain certain past event accurately. Warm Regards Sanjay P Jai Ram Probability of Dasa in any possible Chart: (1) Vimsottari dasa (100%): No conditions of applicability (2) Panchottari dasa (0.7%): Applicable if lagna is in Cancer in rasi and dwadasamsa. (3) Sataabdika dasa (8%): Applicable if lagna is in "vargottama" (4) Chaturaseeti sama dasa (8%): Applicable if 10th lord is in 10th (5) Dwisaptati sama dasa (16%): Applicable if lagna lord is in 7th or if 7th lord is in lagna (6) Shashtihayani dasa (8%): Applicable if Sun is in lagna (7) Dwadasottari dasa (16%): Applicable if lagna is in an amsa of Venus [note: I did not find this dasa working consistently] (8) Ashtottari dasa (25%): Applicable if (a) Rahu is in a quadrant or trine from lagna lord, but not placed in lagna and (b) birth occurred in Sukla paksha in night time or in Krishna paksha in day time. (9) Shodasottari dasa (50%): Applicable if lagna is Moon's hora and it is Krishna paksha or if lagna is in Sun's hora and it is Sukla paksha. (10) Shattrimsa sama dasa (50%): Applicable if lagna is Moon's hora and it is night time or if lagna is in Sun's hora and it is day time. Guest guest
Dear Sanjay P. Pranaam, Thank You for Your post. I took 2 methods learnt with grace of Visti JI. 1/ More rare applicability 2/ Karaka better situated to AK. I've seen that in this 2 rules Shasti-hayani wins(in example given) so therefore my doubt. with regards, Rafal
Guest guest
|| Om Gurave Namah || Dear Rafal, In this case Moon is aspected by Atmakaaraka Venus. Moreover Atmakaaraka venus is also Kaaraka of 7th house which this dwisaptati dasa yoga focuses on. Guest guest
Dear Yuri, Thank You. I saw Vimshottari working well, but my Moon is bad-placed so I am not good at this Udu dasas. with regards, Rafal > > vedic astrology, "Rafal" <starsuponme@w...> > wrote: > > Dear Sanjay P. > > Pranaam, > > > > Thank You for Your post. > > I took 2 methods learnt with grace of Visti JI. > > > > 1/ More rare applicability > > 2/ Karaka better situated to AK. > > > > I've seen that in this 2 rules Shasti-hayani wins(in example given) > so > > therefore my doubt. > > > > with regards, > > Rafal
