Guest guest
~ Om Namah Shivaya ~ Hi, Generally the size is calculated using the following formula: weight of the person / 13 and round off accordingly. Do not take stone in fractions of 3/4 (.75). Instead prefer in .25 to .5. say 4.25, 5.5 etc. Recommended weight for most of the stones (excluding diamond) is from 5 to 7.5 rattis.
